To begin the membership process and reserve your first appointment, a $150 enrollment credit is required.This is not an extra fee — it is fully applied toward your membership plan (Essential, Enhanced, or Signature).This includes your initial consultation (30–60 minute visit).

After payment, patients will be prompted to schedule their appointment. At or before the visit, they will select a membership plan and we will securely add their card on file for recurring monthly billing.
