Subscription-based medicine is a modern approach to healthcare where you pay a flat monthly fee for direct access to your provider. It allows for more time, better communication, and care that is truly personalized.
Your membership includes unlimited office visits, same or next day appointments, direct messaging with your provider, wellness planning, chronic care management, and priority scheduling. The monthly fee allows us to keep a smaller patient panel, so you receive more time, attention, and continuity of care.
Yes. We recommend maintaining insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, labs, prescriptions, and specialist care. Your membership covers your everyday healthcare needs.
Yes. Insurance is used for office visits, labs, imaging, medications, and specialist referrals. You are responsible for any applicable co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance. We also accept HSA and FSA plans.
If your insurance is not accepted, you can still receive care as a self-pay patient. New patient visits are $200, and routine follow-up visits are $120. You may also choose to enroll in our Signature Membership program. Signature Members receive three no-charge visits, with additional visits available for $99 per visit.

This model allows us to focus on quality over quantity — so you receive the care you deserve.
We offer three options based on how much access and support you want:
Non-Member: Standard-access primary care — first-available and same-week appointments (when available), business-hours messaging, annual wellness visit (insurance billed when applicable), and member pricing on premium services like TED hair restoration, peptides, and IV therapy.
Enhanced Care ($99/mo, save 10% when paid annually): Everything in Non-Member, plus enhanced appointment access, same-week appointments included, member pricing on routine and additional follow-up visits, one InBody assessment included annually, and member-only events and educational workshops.
Signature Care ($125/mo, save 10% when paid annually): Our highest level of access, including priority scheduling, direct provider messaging, 3 routine follow-up visits per year, 4 InBody assessments annually, included weight loss, TRT/HRT, and BioTE® program support, plus signature member pricing on premium services.
Not sure which fits? Non-Member works well if you just need an annual visit, Enhanced is ideal if you want priority access and savings on the services you use most, and Signature is best if you want the most hands-on, proactive care.

No. We do not charge an enrollment fee. We do not have any hidden fees.
Yes. All memberships require a three-month commitment. After that, plans continue on a month-to-month basis.
If your payment method declines, you will have 3 days to update your billing information. If payment is not resolved within that time, your membership will be canceled. Should you choose to re-enroll later, your membership will be reinstated at the current membership rate in effect at that time.

That's completely fine. If you only need to be seen about once a year, our Non-Member option is a great fit — you'll still get same-week appointments when available, an annual wellness visit, and member pricing on premium services, without a monthly membership. And if you'd like more proactive support, membership isn't just for treating illness — it's also designed for prevention, lifestyle support, and maintaining long-term health.
