Concierge Primary Care

Concierge primary care at Modern Edge Family Practice in Albuquerque, NM is a membership-based model of primary care. You pay a flat monthly fee, and in return you get more time with your provider, easier scheduling, and direct communication between visits. Because the practice keeps a smaller patient panel, visits are not rushed and you see the same provider over time.

Modern Edge Membership: $125 per month

• Priority scheduling, with same-day appointments when available and same-week appointments
• Direct messaging with your provider
• Four InBody body composition assessments per year
• Access to our weight loss, TRT, hormone, and Biote programs
• Member pricing on follow-up visits, lab panels, peptides, IV therapy, laser hair removal, hair restoration, and skin tightening

Memberships have a 3-month minimum. Paying for a year up front saves 10%. Families receive a 10% discount on adult memberships, and children under 18 can join for $49.99 per month.

Do I still need insurance?

Yes. We recommend keeping insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, imaging, and prescriptions. Insurance may still be billed for covered services, and we accept HSA and FSA payments.
