What Are Telehealth Visits?
Telehealth at Modern Edge Family Practice in Albuquerque, NM lets established patients meet with their nurse practitioner by secure video instead of coming into the office. It is a convenient option for follow-ups, lab result reviews, and medication check-ins when an in-person exam is not needed.
Telehealth is available to established patients and can be scheduled on additional weekdays by arrangement with your provider. New patients start with an in-person visit at our office at 2440 Louisiana Blvd NE, Suite 200, so we can do a full history and exam.
When Telehealth Works Well

When you need to come in
Some care has to happen in person, such as physical exams, blood draws, injections, InBody scans, and new problems that need to be examined. Your provider will tell you which visits can be done by video.
